HeliScope PNG is proud of the personal service we provide our valued clients. Communication and planning is key to ensuring your project is completed safely, professionally, on-time and to budget. Below are a few testimonials from our regular clients.

"We have just completed handing over the fully processed airborne gravity data to our client. The whole
survey has been a success and our client is delighted. CGG are likewise delighted with the highly
successful conclusion of the flying in May 2016, with the Heliscope team.

The final 200 hours of helicopter flying in March, April and May this year was mostly infill of existing flying
and areas of difficulty, in the existing survey. Your pilots Andy Page and Peter Humphreys, made it look
easy. At all times acting extremely professionally and with due regard to safety, they completed the final
flying on an exacting schedule with competence and efficiency.

I will have no hesitation in utilizing your services in future, should we have any further geophysical survey
work in PNG. I also, have no hesitation, in recommending Heliscope to anybody wishing to undertake
helicopter work in PNG or elsewhere. The “can do” attitude and the professionalism shown by the Heliscope team, is refreshing in this business and the efficiency of operation makes it a pleasure to work with this team."

It was a wonderful experience working with Heliscope PNG during our major geological mapping project in the tough rugged terrane of the Goilala region of Papua New Guinea. Thank you to the superb pilots with a great helicopter that was used to fly our mapping teams in and out of our remote work target areas for the duration of the field mapping program. Special mention to Andy and the CEO Giles Rooney. Thank you all at Heliscope PNG for the safe, convenient, efficient & friendly service”.

"I am a University professor from New Zealand who chartered Heliscope's helicopter for three days in support our geological research program in a high and remote part of the the SE Owen-Stanley Ranges.
I am a happy to report that we received superb personal service. Heliscope provided prompt and helpful advice regarding logistics and planning in the early stages, for example about payload weights, flight timings and fuel caching options.

My team was impressed with all aspects of the the service provided by Heliscope for our project. Their pilots (Steve and Andy) not only are superb pilots but they handled the diversity of people on our team well and consistently went the “extra mile” to help our project. For example, Andy cheerfully volunteered to spend the night with the helicopter in the remote village where we were staying, so we could use the helicopter two days in a row at minimal extra cost. He also left Port Moresby at the crack of dawn to take advantage of the best possible weather window for our work, helped us to chase down my stolen camera in a village that we had visited, brought extra fuel barrels to the work site from Port Moresby (without being asked), and he—and others at Heliscope—assisted greatly with our challenging rock shipping efforts during our short last day in Port Moresby.  As someone who has flown many hundreds of hours doing helicopter supported fieldwork in Alaska and New Zealand, I can say with confidence that Steve and Andy are excellent pilots. Their safe and confident flying in the challenging mountainous terrane contributed substantially to the successful completion of our field objectives. Finally, I found Giles Rooney (CEO of Heliscope) to be friendly, approachable, and direct in all our dealings."

"I coordinated the 2015 Pacific Games Baton Relay throughout PNG and we approached Heliscope on account of a personal connection however the service we received was utmost profession.  I was impressed with the Heliscope's follow through and on time performance. Giles Rooney, CEO was our pilot on our Oro adventure and he planned and flew us from Popondetta airport to Isurava; Buna and Oro Bay - enabling us to cover a huge distance in style and very little time.  Giles was patient and happy to maneuver the chopper into locations that made our arrival and departure safer and more expedient. Giles called afterwards to determine whether we were happy with his service and I can honestly say that is very rare in any service industry I've had dealings with in PNG in recent years.  Unfortunately we were not able to use Heliscope for other flights as they were booked out!  A testiment itself to Heliscope's great service.  I wish them all the best in their future and will use them again without question."
